Important to know
Wet cleaning may not be suitable for all textile types. We do not clean the following materials using wet or extraction methods:
- Silk, viscose, rayon or other delicate natural fibers
- Velvet or pile fabrics sensitive to moisture
- Antique, fragile, or valuable textiles
- Textiles with unstable colors or unknown material composition
The suitability of the cleaning method is always assessed on site. If wet cleaning is not recommended, we will suggest an alternative solution or decline the service to avoid damage.
