General

By booking PuhdasFix cleaning services you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide these service categories; scope and details are confirmed when booking.

  • Home cleaning
  • Move-out cleaning
  • Property / staircase cleaning
  • Sofa cleaning
  • Additional services agreed separately

Service scope, price, and duration are always confirmed with your booking.

Booking & pricing

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, or message.
  • The price is shown before confirmation.
  • Payment is due after the service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash and electronic payments on site.
  • For recurring services, changes to schedule or scope should be requested at least 3 days in advance.
  • If access instructions are missing or incorrect, additional visit fees may apply.

Cancellations and changes

  • You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit.
  • Late cancellation or no-show may be charged 50% of the service price.
  • We may reschedule due to illness, equipment issues, or safety reasons.

Customer responsibilities

  • Ensure access to the premises at the agreed time.
  • Remove personal items from work areas when possible.
  • Provide safe working conditions.
  • Please inform us in advance about:
    • Any existing damages or sensitive surfaces
    • Pets, allergies, or health considerations
    • Special instructions for access or alarms

Results and limitations

Cleaning improves hygiene and appearance, but some stains may remain.

Old stains, heavy wear, or material damage may stay visible.

Results depend on material condition and prior care.

Liability

  • We work with professional care and insurance.
  • Report any issues within 24 hours so we can correct them.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

Safety and products

  • We use professional and where possible eco-friendly products.
  • Please tell us about allergies or health restrictions.
  • Adequate ventilation is needed after wet cleaning.

Photos

  • We may take before/after photos for quality and marketing.
  • Faces, addresses, and personal data are excluded without permission.
  • You can request that no photos are taken.

Data protection

  • We collect only necessary customer information.
  • Data is processed according to our privacy notice.
  • We do not sell personal data.

Changes

PuhdasFix may update these terms; the latest version is on our website.
